Amina’s Skin Care is a certified organic skincare brand founded in Jordan, inspired by the healing power of olive trees on the founder’s family farm. What started as natural remedies for her children’s sensitive skin has evolved into the only certified organic skincare manufacturing facility in Jordan and the wider MENA region. Today, the brand is known globally for combining artistry, science, and nature to create safe and effective solutions for sensitive skin.

The Challenge

With rapid growth in both regional and international demand, Amina’s team needed an eCommerce system that could keep pace. Their existing Shopify setup was limited and did not support the scale they were reaching. The key challenges were:

• Selling seamlessly across Jordan, the UAE, Europe, USA, and an upcoming KSA market

• Managing inventory and fulfilment from different regional warehouses

• Offering localized customer experiences while keeping a unified brand identity

• Streamlining backend operations to enable sustainable global growth

Our Solution

The i.o agency partnered with Amina’s Skin Care to build a scalable multi-store Shopify ecosystem designed for international expansion. Our work included:

• A full UX and visual redesign to match Amina’s artistic brand identity

• Launching separate Shopify stores for Jordan, UAE, and International markets (Euro and USA), with KSA coming soon

• Developing a centralized landing page that automatically detects the customer’s region and redirects them to the correct storefront

• Enabling multi-currency transactions and region-specific fulfillment

• Implementing email automations to recover abandoned carts and boost customer retention
