Client Overview

Fashion Avenue is a group of premium retail stores located in Baraka Mall, Swefieh, Jordan. They offer a curated collection of fashion and sportswear brands, targeting the Jordanian market.

The Challenge

With shifting consumer behavior toward online shopping, Fashion Avenue needed to establish a reliable ecommerce presence. Their existing Wix website was unusable due to major structural issues and recurring bugs, making it impossible to support their growing multi-brand retail offering online.

Our Solution

We proposed a unified ecommerce platform that would house all their brands under one website: Fashion Avenue Jo. Built on Shopify, the new website consolidated over 20 international brands, including Squatwolf, Flabelus, Nike, Ryderwear, and GANT.

The biggest UX challenge was ensuring seamless navigation across varied product categories, from sportswear to casualwear. We addressed this by implementing a clear categorization system and intuitive layout, allowing customers to easily browse by brand or style.

Shopify also enabled the client to independently manage the site post-launch. They now add new brands, upload thousands of products, and even update banners and homepage content without developer assistance.

The Results

The new site received immediate positive feedback from visitors. Website speed and reliability drastically improved compared to their previous platform. Most importantly, the client expressed how much easier it is to manage their online presence now.
