Client Overview

Emit Performance is a UAE-based automotive parts retailer specializing in high-performance upgrades. Alongside their online store featuring over 100,000 SKUs from 100+ vendors, they also sell their own turbo system for the popular Nissan Patrol. Their primary market includes car enthusiasts and off-road communities across the GCC region.

The Challenge

Before working with us, Emit Performance had a difficult experience with a previous agency. Their original website project was never completed due to the complexity of managing a vast parts catalog and vendor integrations. With over 1,000 product categories and ambitious plans for automation and filtering, the client struggled to find a partner capable of delivering a robust, scalable ecommerce solution.

Our Solution

We started fresh, discarding all unfinished work from the previous agency. Our team designed a fully custom Shopify store in Figma, covering everything from homepage layout to deep product page structure. We then migrated the entire product catalog, onboarding 100+ suppliers and organizing more than 100,000 SKUs.

To manage this complexity, we implemented a custom product filtering system that allows users to find parts by Year, Make, and Model. We streamlined the navigation and introduced backend automation to sort products dynamically by their attributes. Additionally, we integrated with fulfillment partners and shipping providers to automate fulfillment workflows.

The project was completed in 3 months and included advanced automations, catalog management, and UX strategy.

The Results

Post-launch, Emit Performance regained trust in ecommerce as a growth channel. After a frustrating first attempt, they were finally able to see their vision realized. The new site made it easy for customers to find exactly what they need, and the backend automation significantly reduced the manual workload for their team.
